Do your products contain nuts, dairy, and wheat?

Our products do contain peanuts, tree nuts, whole eggs, dairy, and wheat. The dried fruit may contain sulphite. Our biscotti are not recommended for anyone that has allergies or sensitivities to any of these ingredients.

Are your products organic?

Not all of the ingredients are organic. Wherever possible organic, locally sourced produce are used in the baking. Quality ingredients such as organic (non-GMO) unbleached flour, free range/run whole eggs, and organic coconut oil and cocoa are used in each batch.

Are your biscotti vegan, kosher, or gluten-free?

No. Our biscotti are however, considered vegetarian. As we expand our product line, we intend to incorporate specialty biscotti. Stay tuned.

Why do your biscotti taste so good?

We believe in using high quality, all natural ingredients in our baking such as real butter, pure vanilla, flavour emulsions, organic cocoa, and yellow golden sugar. We roast the nuts to give them that incredible crunch and taste.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is six. 

Why are some of your biscotti priced differently?

As much as we would love to offer the same price for all our biscotti, that is impossible. Our tag line is 'Decadently Delicious' for a reason. Many of our ingredients are premium products. That also means those products come at a premium price (i.e. Pistachios, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Easter Candies, Skor Toffee Bits). The shipping costs for some of those biscotti will vary as well. The more goodies we pack into each batch, the better they taste, the heavier they weigh.

Your biscotti cost more than most, why?

Each batch is hand-crafted, not machine made. And each biscotti is hand-dipped and decorated. These artisan biscotti are lovingly created in small batches. Additionally (as noted above), our ingredients are exceptional in quality. We bake the food we would want to eat. We do not compromise with our own food, and feel we shouldn't for our customers either. Simple as that.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Our biscotti are freshly baked, so please allow up to five business days for your order to be filled. Orders placed after 5 pm, will be processed the next business day.

How long will your biscotti last?

There are no preservatives used in our baking. The twice baked process eliminates moisture from the biscotti which extends their shelf life. We recommend they are consumed within two weeks, though they could conservatively be enjoyed up to four weeks; pending they are stored in an airtight container (tin or glass is recommended), away from direct sunlight.

Can I return my biscotti?

All sales are final and non-refundable. 
If we made an error on your original order, we will send the correct biscotti to you - no charge.
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your biscotti, please contact us (by email) within 48 hours of receiving your goods to discuss. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What if my shipment is damaged?

The biscotti are fragile. As such, we take great care in packaging them for shipment. However, we cannot guarantee what happens to the shipment once it leaves our hands.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship within Canada and the Continental USA. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information.

Can I order your biscotti for a special event?

Most certainly, yes! We would love to have our delicious biscotti be part of your memorable day. Whether it is a wedding, anniversary, baby shower, birthday party, or corporate event - we can bake for you!
